We are using two different shipping methods for the delivery. For stools , we ship out using UPS within 7~10 business days from the date of order received. For dinette sets and cabinets, we deliver the product and install within 2 weeks (10 business days) for most of the items using our own trucker. Free installation is included. In order to provide a quality service with our deliveries, we utilize our own truckers to transport your valuable product to guarantee the damage free delivery. Unfortunately, we are only able to cover the New York City and its surrounding area for now, but we are planning to expand the coverage.

- Returns & Replacements

Unless otherwise stated , you can return the product under the following conditions.
- You will be responsible for the round trip shipping charges if the furniture has already been shiped
- A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Any returns must be in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for the merchandise ordered with customized design and specific materials
- We cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise.
- Items will not be authorized for return after 15 days from the delivery completion date.
- Viewing Orders
- If you would like to check the current order processing status or the past history, you can login into our website using your email address that you created account with us. You can check the current order status, print receipt, and lookup all the order history in the past. You can also manage your personal information or change password through My Account menu.
